Important Delivery Information

Due to the size and weight of our timber worktops, someone must be present to receive the delivery and assist the driver with unloading the worktop from the vehicle.

Please ensure someone is available on the agreed delivery date, as the worktop will arrive securely packaged and require safe handling.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to accept the delivery on the agreed date, or if a re-delivery is required, a £29.50 re-delivery charge may apply. This charge is set by our delivery partner and covers the cost of arranging a second delivery.

To avoid additional charges, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or let us know in advance if your delivery date needs to be changed.

On Arrival

Please inspect your worktop carefully before signing for delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, make a note with the driver where possible, take photographs and contact us immediately before the worktop is cut, treated or installed.
