Nordic Stars is committed to providing strong value and reliable service. We offer free shipping on most products to most regions of the UK*, delivered directly to your address. To confirm which items qualify for free shipping, please contact us.
Please note that we do not ship to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.
Some locations—such as Aberdeen, the Scottish Highlands, Cornwall, and other hard-to-reach areas—may incur an additional delivery fee and longer delivery timeframes. We will notify affected customers accordingly.
LOST / MISSING PACKAGES
Nordic Stars is not responsible for orders placed with an incorrect shipping address. Please ensure all billing and delivery details are accurate before completing your purchase.
If an error is made on our part, we will take full responsibility and fulfil the original order at no cost to you.
SHIPPING TIME
Delivery times vary depending on location and product type.
Our target delivery window for most items is 3–5 working days.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking is not available for metal items (sheets, aluminium, and metals), as these are dispatched via pallet couriers or our in-house delivery service. Tracking will be provided for smaller items where applicable.
WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE IN ONE PACKAGE?
Depending on stock availability and logistics, items from the same order may be shipped separately, even if combined shipping is requested.

We strongly advise customers not to schedule builders, contractors, or engineers until your full order has been delivered and inspected.
While we aim for timely and consolidated deliveries, delays or split shipments can occur due to courier schedules, stock levels, or the size/weight of certain products. To avoid unnecessary costs or disruption, please only arrange installation or labour once all items have been received and checked.
Nordic Stars cannot be held liable for any costs arising from tradespeople being booked before your order has been fully delivered.
