Yes. All our metal sheds include a steel foundation frame at no additional cost. The frame supports the lower structure of the shed and helps create a stable, secure base for installation.

The foundation frame must be installed on a firm, flat and level surface. A suitable concrete base, paving slab base or properly constructed timber platform may be used, subject to the assembly instructions for your chosen model.

Please note: the steel foundation frame is included, but flooring, concrete, paving slabs and timber foundations are not supplied.

We currently supply the metal sheds but do not provide an assembly or installation service.

Each shed is supplied flat-packed with assembly instructions and the fittings required to construct it. Please read the instructions fully before starting and make sure the installation area is firm, flat and level.

If you prefer not to assemble the shed yourself, we recommend contacting a local handyman or experienced garden-building installer.

We provide free delivery across Mainland UK. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days, and tracking information will be provided when your order has been dispatched.

Larger sheds are delivered in multiple packages. These packages may occasionally travel separately and arrive at different times during the delivery period.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, remote locations, adverse weather or public holidays.

Yes. All our metal sheds include a 6-month warranty covering qualifying manufacturing faults. They are also covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions in our returns policy.

The galvanised metal panels are designed to provide durable, low-maintenance outdoor storage and improved resistance to corrosion. When the shed is correctly assembled, securely anchored and properly maintained, it is designed to provide many years of practical use.

Product lifespan will depend on correct installation, the foundation, weather exposure, location and ongoing maintenance. Please follow the supplied assembly and care instructions.

If any component arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us as soon as possible. Send us your order number, details of the affected component and clear photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.

We will review the issue promptly and arrange for the appropriate replacement component to be sent to you at no additional cost where the damage or missing part is covered.

Please keep the product, packaging and delivery labels until we have resolved the issue, as these may be required when investigating the delivery with the courier or supplier.

A steel foundation frame is included, but finished floor panels are not supplied. Customers can install a suitable timber floor onto the frame or position the shed on an appropriate level concrete or paved foundation.

Please check the exact external dimensions of your selected shed before preparing the installation area.

The doors are designed to accommodate a suitable padlock, allowing you to secure tools and other garden equipment. A padlock is not included and must be purchased separately.
